JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of childcare worker, you are part of a team that works together based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the team, you work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has childcare education. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and share the preschool's focus. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented with an adaptable approach. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
